In the Spotlight this month is Robert Valenzuela, a Member Service Representative in the 32BJ Call Center. His job is to assist members who call with questions about their benefits especially those members who work outside of the New York area in Washington DC, Maryland, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Robert’s advice to our members is to always call Member Services with any questions they might have about their benefits.“Member Services is trained to handle all of our members concerns, we are here to help".
Thanks to Member Service Representatives like Robert members can be sure that they will receive the help they need when they need it.
