Meet Betty Forbes and Nina Eng, Quality Assurance Supervisors in our Retirement Services Department. The Retirement Services Department administers pension benefits for eligible members of the Building Service 32BJ Pension Fund, Service Employees 32BJ North Pension Fund, The Pension Fund of the Theatre and Cultural Division of Local 32BJ and the League of American Theatres and Producers, Inc., and the Window Cleaners’ Union Local No. 2 Pension Plan. Betty and Nina are responsible for reviewing member’s records for accuracy, addressing member service issues, and providing monthly quality assurance reports. Betty and Nina advise members who are planning to retire to be sure to visit one of the Fund’s retirement specialists who can explain the retirement benefits and assist members with their pension application.
