The Building Service 32BJ Pension Fund (Pension Fund) provides pension benefits to eligible members of Local 32BJ. This website includes the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for the Pension Fund (Program A SPD, Program B SPD), which provides information about eligibility and benefits. Eligibility is determined by the collective bargaining agreement covering you at work. Not all members of 32BJ are eligible for this plan. Most members working in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island are covered by Program A, but members in Long Island may be covered by Program B.
