The Building Service 32BJ Legal Services Fund (Legal Fund) provides
legal services to eligible members of Local 32BJ and their dependents
and to Building Service 32BJ Pension Funds retirees and their spouses.
This website includes
the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the Legal Fund, which provides information about eligibility and benefits. Eligibility is determined by the collective bargaining agreement covering you at work. Not all members of 32BJ are covered by this Fund. Some are covered by other legal funds.
